What the URL actually is
A playlist URL points at a file your provider generates for your account. The file lists every channel available to you, each with its own stream address and some metadata such as a group name and logo. Your player downloads that file and builds its channel list from it.
Because the account is embedded in the address, anyone holding that URL holds your subscription. Treat it exactly like a password.
- Do not paste it into forums, comments or support chats that are not your provider’s.
- When asking for help, screenshot the field labels and blank out the value.
- If you believe it has been exposed, ask support to reissue the account rather than hoping.
