Xtream Codes login: server, username, password

An Xtream Codes style login has three parts: a server address including its port, a username and a password. Players using this format request your channel list, guide data and on-demand catalogue from that server. Almost every failed login is a mistyped server address or a missing port, not a rejected account.

The three fields, exactly

Players also ask for a display name. That is a label for your own device only — call it anything.

FieldWhat it isCommon mistake
Server URLThe address support supplied, with http:// or https:// and a port if given.Entering the shop website address instead.
UsernameYour account identifier, case sensitive.Autocapitalised first letter on a phone keyboard.
PasswordIssued with the account, case sensitive.A trailing space copied from a message.

Diagnosing a failed login in order

  1. Confirm the account has been activated. A perfect login fails on an inactive account.
  2. Re-enter the server address by hand, character by character, checking the port.
  3. Check for a trailing space at the end of the username or password after pasting.
  4. Test the same details in a second player, ideally on a desktop where pasting is reliable.
  5. If the second player works, the problem is the first app, not the account.
  6. If neither works, send support the exact error text and the field labels — never the values.

Keeping the account yours

Connection-limit errors that appear at odd hours, with nobody home watching, are the classic sign of a shared or leaked account.

  • Never post credentials or a playlist URL in a public thread, even partially redacted.
  • Do not share the account outside your household — simultaneous-connection errors are the usual consequence.
  • Save the details somewhere you can reach without the TV, such as a password manager.
  • If the account behaves as though someone else is using it, ask support to reissue it.

Questions people ask

What is the server URL for my IPTV account?

It is the address your provider supplied when the account was activated, including the protocol and any port number. It is never the address of the website you purchased from.

Why does my login work on one device but not another?

Either the second app expects a different format, or the first stream is still holding a connection slot. Close the first player properly and retry after a minute.

Can I change my IPTV password?

Ask support. Account credentials are issued server-side, so changing them is a provider operation, not a setting in the player.
