The four things a subscription actually is
The distinction between "devices set up" and "devices streaming at once" is where most buyer confusion sits. You can configure the account on a TV, a phone and a tablet on a one-connection plan. You simply cannot play all three at the same time.
| Part | What it means | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| An account | Credentials your player logs in with, issued after payment is confirmed. | Not an app you download from us for every platform. |
| A term | A fixed window: 3, 6, 12 or 24 months from activation. | Not an auto-renewing monthly card charge. |
| A connection allowance | How many devices can stream at the same moment. | Not a limit on how many devices you may set up. |
| A catalogue | Live channels plus on-demand content, which changes over time. | Not a fixed, guaranteed channel list for the whole term. |
How the terms price out
Prices are full-term totals. The "works out to" column below is arithmetic for comparison, not a monthly billing option — nothing is charged monthly.
| Term | Full-term price | Works out to | vs the 3-month rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 Months | $65 | $21.67/month | baseline |
| 6 Months | $108 | $18/month | 17% less per month |
| 12 Months | $129 | $10.75/month | 50% less per month |
| 24 Months | $220 | $9.17/month | 58% less per month |
The same shape holds on every tier: the longer the term, the lower the effective monthly rate. The trade is commitment before you have lived with the service through a full sports season or a holiday weekend, when networks are busiest.
From payment to first playback
Activation is a human step, not an instant automated one, and it is deliberately described that way here. Any page promising activation in a guaranteed number of seconds is describing marketing, not an operational commitment.
- Choose the connection count first, then the term. The connection count is the part you cannot change by waiting.
- Complete checkout on the payment page and keep the receipt reference.
- Send the reference to support to confirm payment and request activation.
- Receive your account details in the format your player needs — a server address with username and password, or a playlist URL.
- Install a compatible player on one device and log in there first.
- Test that one device properly before setting up the rest of the house.
What is not included
- Internet service. Plan roughly 8 Mbps per simultaneous HD stream on top of everything else in the house.
- A streaming device. A Fire TV Stick, Android box, Apple TV or compatible smart TV is yours to supply.
- Paid player licences. Some third-party players charge their own one-off or annual fee. That fee is theirs, not ours.
- Any guarantee that a specific channel stays available for the whole term.
Questions people ask
Does an IPTV subscription renew automatically?
No. These are fixed-term subscriptions paid in full up front. When the term ends, playback stops until you renew. Nothing is charged to a stored card in the background.
Can I use one subscription on more than one TV?
You can set the account up on as many devices as you like. The plan limits how many can stream at the same time — one, two, three, four or five depending on the tier you buy.
How fast is activation after payment?
Activation follows a support confirmation of your payment reference, so it is a human process rather than an instant automated one. Keep the receipt reference from checkout; it is what identifies your order.
What happens if a channel I watch disappears?
Catalogues change during a term. Report the exact channel name to support so they can confirm whether it moved, was renamed, or is affected more widely. A published channel snapshot is dated for exactly this reason.
